Phonepe benefits will be processed for all consumers who have downloaded the SustHome mobile app.
For the consumers who have downloaded the app in any month, the benefits would apply from fifteenth working day of the succeeding month.
Mobile numbers as updated on the SustHome mobile app on the monthend will be considered for providing benefits.
will have to use the same mobile number for availing benefits on PhonePe app.
Customers will receive a message on their updated numbers that Phonepe benefits have been activated for this number.
After activation of benefits, customers will be able to use the benefit for the next 120 days for paying BYPL bill via Phonepe.
